About Zachariah manning
Common Sense... Common Ground...
Zachariah Manning is a lifelong Democrat running as an Independent. He sued the United States Government during the Trump Administration under the Tucker Act. As a honorary Texas PTA member for life, he has fought for students and teachers. He blew the whistle on Dallas ISD when women and minority owned businesses were not getting the opportunity to bid on construction projects.
Zachariah was born and raised in U.S. Congressional District 30 where he graduated from Franklin D. Roosevelt High School. He also attended Dallas College and Dallas Baptist University. Zachariah is a business owner and real estate developer with over 35 years experience. He has held and or currently holds the following licenses and certifications; Texas & Oklahoma Real Estate Brokers License, Auctioneers License, Judicial Branch Certification and HVAC Technician License.
Community Focus
Most politicians forget about the district they represent when elected. Zachariah will focus on working for the communities that make up his district and not seeking fame in Washington.
Education Focus
Most schools in our district are considered at-risk for student achievement. As a Texas PTA Life Member, Zachariah will work to increase teacher pay and PTA involvement around working parents with paid leave for volunteers.
